CIKLUM BEGINS THE RECRUITING PROCESS BY:

THE PROCESS:
Stage 1:
- In the first stage, Ciklum will speak with you about your background and experience, as well as your career expectations and ambitions. We will then talk over your advantages and disadvantages in order to find the most suitable vacancy. You will then take a short technical test and receive your score.
Stage 2:
- At the second stage, Ciklum will set up a meeting with your future Project Manager or a client to give you details on the project and the team. You will have the opportunity to tell us about your plans and your interests and determined if they can be fulfilled on this team.
Final Stage:
- In the final stage, we will determine together if you would like to begin working with Ciklum. We will agree on the working and financial conditions, build your PC or choose a laptop and start your career at Ciklum.
Ciklum HR is tasked with making sure that your expectations and professional goals match your client's requirements. We ensure that a transparent connection between your performance and compensation is established and that your voice is heard while making important decisions. We do this by conducting semi-annual development interviews and performance evaluations.

The job
Ciklum is looking for a Sales Manager in Sweden to fuel our rapid growth. Your job will focus on expanding our business in Sweden, i.e. generating and developing new clients for all of our services. You will also be responsible for joint marketing of the company in Sweden including event participation, seminars, media and public relations etc. Ciklum will help providing lead generation, and generally supporting your sales and marketing activities. The job will involve limited travel activity to Ukraine. You will be joining a rapidly expanding international team. Your working location will be flexible.

A successful candidate is/has:
- Entrepreneurial, highly energetic, sales oriented and experienced
- Motivated by the results and success in the field.
- High level of pioneering skills and experience in building up a market
- With personal qualities such as humor, patience and a "cut to the chase" attitude
- Native Swedish speaker
- In depth knowledge of the IT/Software industry including a good personal network
- Background in IT recruiting business and/or start up experience are very beneficial
- Based in Lund/Malmö/Goteborg area
- Proven track record in own personal sales meeting and exceeding targets.
- Work in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment.
