EnCode ApS has since mid 1990's developed advanced systems to control marketing materials and communication in the marketing process. Encode's solution is designed specifically to support Marketing Process Optimization (MPO) in today's leading organisations. MPO is the alignment of people, processes and supporting technology.

In the spring of 2005 , Encode us ed Ciklum's services to create a team in Kiev for maintaining it's MPO solution. The main thing that attracted Encode to Ciklum was it's concept of dedicated team . Ciklum provides the necessary infrastructure, and allows us to manage the team in a way that best fits our organization.

Encode decided from the start to move all it's development activities to the team that Ciklum provides. In Kiev we now have a team of 5 highly qualified developers, testers, and documentation writers. The qualifications of our team members are in most cases better than what we could recruit in Denmark.

Having a team in Kiev is made considerably easier through the good travel and technical services that Ciklum provides. Ciklum's HR department is always very helpful and does well to recruit talented developers in a competitive market.
